The Wall City Jazzmen celebrating 60 years at the Mill Hotel, Chester, with Lord and Lady Prescott who were fans of the band when it played at the Wall City Jazz Club which was founded in Clemence’s Restaurant on 18th January 1954. Soon after the club moved to Quaintway’s nightclub where it remained for many years.
